Focus areas

What we work on together.

Safety

Emotional safety and communication

Learn to talk about the hard things without shutting down or blowing up, and to feel heard when you do.

Closeness

Intimacy and repair

Rebuild closeness after distance, and learn how to repair quickly when you hurt each other.

Seasons

Premarital prep or post-therapy maintenance

Build a strong foundation before the wedding, or keep the gains you made in therapy going strong.

A non-clinical space

Coaching for transformation, without diagnosis.

Coaching looks forward. It is about skills, rituals, and choices you make together, not symptoms or treatment plans.

If one of you is carrying trauma, addiction, or a mental health concern that needs clinical care, therapy may be the better starting point. Not sure which fits? A consult will help you decide.

Coaching is not therapy and is not a substitute for mental health treatment.
